The Niagara Cafe has long been part of life in Gundagai, welcoming generations of locals and travellers through its doors. Originally established in 1902 and transformed into the Art Deco café people know today in 1938, the Niagara has been carefully restored with respect for the character and spirit that made it an icon of Australian café culture.
